Lathi or Lachi (Latchi) is a part of the town of Polis. It is a small village with a beautiful promenade and a yacht marina. This settlement is also often called Lahi, Latsi, Lichi, Lakki, Latki, and originally Λάχι.
You can get to this wonderful place from Paphos via Peyia. Many Russian-speaking citizens live here and know a thing or two…)

Or you can take a different route, not along the sea. The navigator will show you 😉

The Russian language is found almost everywhere in Cyprus. Even on ship names.

A small photo gallery:

In autumn and winter, this beautiful place is especially quiet. And when we speak of 2020 — everything becomes clear. With quarantines and lockdowns, a slightly oppressive silence descends upon the beautiful town of Polis, as almost nothing is operating. At least Coffe Island on the shore is open, and you can have a coffee.

Beautiful cups, beautiful setting — everything begs to be captured on camera.

Pay attention to the name of the vessel with the black bow. “Peresvet”, beautiful…)
Lachi is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful corner of Cyprus, but that’s not its only charm, because nearby lies Akamas.
