At the Salt Lake in Larnaca (here is the location https://goo.gl/maps/o5qnYtdbPU1EeEMH6) you can see pink flamingos in winter and spring. This is one of the Cyprus attractions, especially noticeable in the off-season. But to be honest, they are really visible only with binoculars or a powerful zoom lens 🙂 Without these tools, the birds look something like this.
